Read off the artwork in the repository at 500 by 300 pixels. Nine horizontal stripes alternate blue and black with a broader white stripe across the middle. At the center, a white disc carries a red emblem of four parts arranged around a common center, two of them plain circles at the top and bottom and two of them hooked or crescent forms at the left and right, reading as a single interlocking ring. The stripe arrangement resembles the leather pride flag's blue-black-white vocabulary; whether that is derivation or coincidence is not established. No published specification has been consulted.
