Read off the artwork in the repository at 500 by 300 pixels. Seven horizontal bands of roughly equal depth run from a bright yellow-green at the top to a very dark green at the bottom. The central charge is a stylized muscular torso and arms in tan, orange and brown, drawn in flat blocks without outline. No published specification has been consulted and the band count is what the file shows, not what a designer stated.
