This is a faux painting kit I made for my 2d class.
I constructed the box out of cardboard and painted acrylic and paint marker on foam core to create the demo piece. It can be totally reconstructed following the (somewhat convoluted) instructions in the bottom right corner.
This is a linoleum block print I made, my first attempt at printing!
My yearly self portrait! I do one at the start of each school year, no more no less.
Recently I swore off the color yellow. I banished it from the knick knacks on my shelves and the clothes in my closet. I refuse to use it in another piece of art for as long as I live. It is downright hideous and can be replaced to a much more interesting effect with a light, or even dark orange.
Btw, I know I haven’t been posting but I have been making loads of art. Gonna start posting what I’ve been making slowly, starting now. 🙂
I made a postcard 🙂 It was hard to think of an idea cause there’s just endless possibilities on photoshop, but once i got it it was really fun and I love the result.
This is the final cut of my video project, I edited it further and am really happy with how I refined it.
This is a project for Art Theory, I had some of my friends trace a portrait of Andy. I’m talking about repetition, mass creation, multiple interpretations. It was fun to see how this came together.
This was a fun side project for me throughout the Summer, one video from June, and July, and August. I didn’t plan them but let them happen throughout the season. I love the story they tell.
