A machine-printed nylon flag by Will Montgomery, part of his ongoing Flags for Utopia series. Created in 2022, the work speculatively reimagines the Progress Pride Flag as it might appear in 2040, "the Progress flag is blurred to the degree of 20/40 vision," using blur to signal uncertainty and the softening of arbitrary boundaries and categorizations within the 2SLGBTQIAP+ community.
