Demisexual Pride Flag

Identity Pride Flag · 2010

A pride flag featuring a black hoist-side chevron with horizontal white, purple, and gray bands. One of the most widely recognized ace-spectrum flags, the demisexual flag uses the asexual flag's color system (black for asexuality, gray for gray-asexuality and demisexuality, white for sexuality, purple for community) with the chevron as its distinguishing geometric element. The creator remains unknown despite the flag's global recognition; it was in circulation by approximately 2010, emerging from the same online ace-spectrum communities centered on the Asexual Visibility and Education Network (AVEN) that produced the asexual flag itself.
