A laser-printed nylon flag by Will Montgomery, shown in his 2026 exhibition Right to Assemble at The Center on Addison in Chicago. Continuing the method of his Flags for Utopia series, the work takes the Intersex-Inclusive Progress Pride Flag and blurs it "to the degree of a 20/30 stigmatism," using the softening of the flag's boundaries to imagine a Queer future. Its title pairs the Hebrew year 5790 with the Gregorian year 2029, the future moment the work envisions. [RTA-S1]
